Supply Chain Integration

Overall Equipment Effectiveness 

The program is designed to assess both the need to purchase capital equipment and its effective operation. Additionally OEE is used during commissioning to gauge performance against specification. OEE metrics are implemented to monitor the “health” of plant and equipment to ensure running at their true potential. The OEE performance is reflected in ROI and cash flows.

Strategic Performance Management 

A program to ensure that all your performance measures are aligned with the requirements of  essential stakeholders throughout all levels of your organisation. We are one of a very select group of consultants licensed to use this program employing CSIRO developed material.
