Superior value is created as a result of superior decision making, which is based on an in-depth understanding of your stakeholders need in terms of superior value. As accredited OPM® Consultants, we assist senior managers through a dynamic strategic thinking process which converts these superior value drivers into strategic intents. The intents align with the needs of all essential stakeholders and performance measures on the front line operations. We tailor our approach to suit your organisational environment and select the way that delivers results in an agreed time. Normally the mutually agreed path progresses through five stages:

1.               Organisation Diagnostic

We assess your organisation’s performance measurement system against 8 separate criteria and identify the gaps.

2.               Stakeholders superior Value

Top management works through the real stakeholders needs and defines the organisation’s strategic response  (intents)

3.               Critical Success Factors

We then determine the factors which your organisation will have to be exceptionally good at to sustain success and to strive in the longer term and if competencies exist

4.               Key Performance  Indicators (KPIs)

The group then develops up to seven organisational level measures, which provide managers with control levers, aligned to the critical success factors

5.               Performance Indicators (PIs)

Performance Indicators are then designed to manage and monitor the output measures of core processes on the front line. These critical measures are developed using Triton’s unique Station Control method that ensures alignments with your people’s roles and your overall goals

Our approach is to work in a partnership with your organisation and implement a suite of measures, designed to manage for superior value.

Process improvement and supply chain streamlining cannot be implemented or sustained unless your organisation’s systems, people and processes are aligned with your strategy.
